From Spirit to Matter: the Energetics of the Human Body in its Physical Form - transmission with Goddess Danu

On this episode I share what I perceive from the energy of the body, and I bring through the Celtic Goddess Danu who conducts a beautiful and intimate healing transmission (31:03). You can repeat this healing as many times as you wish, it helps you to be in the Light - remember to save it on your favourite episodes folder!

🌹Danu is one of the primordial deities of the Celtic culture and she is an incarnation from Anna, Mother Mary`s mother.

✨ In the context of the topic, I share some quick fun facts about the communications between Ancient cultures and Ancient Spiritual Schools, such as the conception of Mary Anna/Mother Mary, and that indeed, as it is finally coming up to the surface, there were druidic women too!

🤓 My concepts and perceptions on this topic are based on my experiences and my own channelled and communicated information from Beings of Light. All of these descriptions are my own perceptions and may differ from what you have heard or perceived yourself, whilst some of my perceptions may be common and shared with others.

⚡️To focus on a subject of this extensive topic, on this episode, I go into some detail about, in my opinion, what are chakras, what are their roles and how they are interconnected on a functional level. In my view, in a simplistic way, chakras are energy channels that have multiple roles, and, in this episode, I focus on their functional role towards frequencies, and how each chakra is associated with specific frequencies.

🪷 I also briefly explain the mechanism of clearing and healing negative or lower frequencies in the chakras.

☤ I explain how I perceive the energetic pathways between all of the energy points, going beyond the energy channels pictured in the Caduceus symbol and Kundalini energy

👉 I explain my perceived differences between main chakras, secondary chakras and what is commonly called pressure points

🌟 I relate the functional roles of groups of energy points with the chakra system and with the three energetic dantians, and mention how important simple energetic points in our body - the pressure points - can tell us so much and be used to help us heal.

April Energies: A Time for Healing and Creation with the Divine Mother and Feminine Energies in Action

On this episode, I present the main energies for April 2025.

🗓️ In my readings, April marks the second cycle of the Gregorian calendar, thereby initiating a new 3 month period of body, soul and mind energies.

🆕 The month’s energy promotes organization, building new projects, and solidifying existing ones.

🫧 It’s a time for physical and energetic cleansing.

🌹 The energy of the Divine Feminine is strongly present this month, with an emphasis on maternal and matriarchal energies, as well as the personal and unique experiences that we have with these archetypes. The Great Mother energy is accessible and supportive, making this a good time to connect with Nature.

🪷 Other messages for the month include the need for healing, connection with spiritual sites, and decision-making from a higher perspective.

Equinox Energies: Balance of Polarities and Life Transitions - Receive Frequencies from Mother Mary and St. Germain

On this episode I give an overview of two main energetic aspects of Equinox energies.

࿊🪵🐍 Since we are in the year of the Yin Wood Snake, I decided to explore the energies of balance, change and transition.

🤓 I begin by explaining the Equinox on an astronomical level and bridge it to some of the energies that are embedded in this phenomenon, particularly the difference between Equinox and Equilux.

⚖️ I explore the concept and the reality of equilibrium and balance and how it is about being open to receive and to give and being in a state of flow, where the only constant is change, yet how to maintain a higher state of balance/higher frequency as we navigate life events.

☯️ I address how ultimately it is about being in balance between different polarities and yet that balance doesn’t mean that we necessarily have to be in the middle point at all times and in all situations.

🌈 This Equinox time tends to be a transition period, rather than very active new beginnings or very settled endings. It is more on the in between phase of a situation.

☀️ During active Equinox energies, ask to receive guidance about life transitions and clarity about endings and beginnings and current changes happening for you.

🌕 On a healing level, consider where you are putting your energy and how much and what are you receiving. Review the equation of giving-receiving in your life, and ask for energies that help you to find balance specifically to your needs.

🩵 Mother Mary and Saint Germain brought a short transmission but that can help you with this.

🪷 With few words and very simple messages, They actually brought quite strong and different forms of frequency of a same family of energies, such as quietude, harmony and balancing of consciousness and many aspects of polarities. The frequencies they brought were very strong on helping to go through life changes and be able to not resist, but rather to be in the flow and allow things to unfold, and gain clarity on when and how to act and decisions to make.

How to Use the Energy of Eclipses - Receive frequencies from Kuan-Yin and find the portal to your Soul

On this episode, I share with you my own reading and experience of the eclipse energies, so that instead of having a fatalist approach or leaving things as if there is a destiny which is out of your control, you can dive deep into the energies and understand what is your position and role.

From here, you gain awareness and can truly work with what these powerful energies bring.

In essence, the eclipse seasons are windows of opportunity for us to notice aspects about our self and the unconscious or invisible energies that are not readily noticeable under normal circumstances.

What I speak of in this episode, is a general guideline for any eclipse season.
