July 2026: Time to Take in Life Lessons and Assert Personal Independence

This July brings a potent mix of practical grounding and deep introspection. As we continue the crescendo of energies from April through June, this month invites you to finally harness the lessons you've encountered. On this episode, I talk about the main energetic themes for July: Life lessons and Personal Independence.

Life Lessons: Moving past intellectual understanding to active change. Examples: ending cycles of invalidation or being mistreated, recognizing where you need help, and knowing when it is time to move on from relationships that have served their purpose.

Personal Independence: Distinguishing between healthy cooperation and reliance that acts as a crutch. Looking look at where you might be giving away your power, allowing others to shadow your decisions, or hesitating to make choices alone.

June Solstice 2026: Respite and Pause to Prepare for New Beginnings

In this episode I share the main energies for this Solstice season, after a brief overview of what the Solstices are about. The episode ends with a healing transmission with Ascended Master Lady Portia, where she removes blockages on the four bodies – mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.

One of the main energies for this Solstice is an "energy of preparation" that is inviting us to take a pause and respite, in order to prepare for upcoming changes and new beginnings. In this pause, the energies ask us to hold appreciation and empathy for ourselves. It is this type of vibration that will help us to see things clearly and make the right choices that honour our true needs.
