Balancing Yin and Yang: The Equinox Effect on our Body, Mind, and Energy

On this episode I share some advice specific for this Equinox season and I also give a brief explanation of the general characteristics of what Equinox energies are about. Mother Mary brings a special healing session where they attend to more specific needs for each of us, together with the Spirit Guides. The healing/clearing focuses on energies that are blocking the path, the way and flow of life, and they also bring energies that we are in need in order to be able to move forward in life.

The transmission begins at 09:11, and though it is appropriate for the type of energies that happen on the Equinoxes, you should repeat this whenever it feels right for you.

This Equinox happens on September 22nd, where the Sun is at the (solar) ecliptic longitude of 180°

Eclipse Season – Yin Energies in action; Transmission with Kuan-Yin

On this episode I talk about and explain the main characteristic energy of eclipses. Independently of what other energies and factors may be at play on each eclipse season, there are energies that are always present and will always act alongside others.

I explain the how and why the eclipses energies happen, so that you can understand and have enough information to do your own readings, understand your own intuitions and feel empowered in times when everything can feel overwhelming.

The first eclipse is on the 7th of September (Lunar Eclipse) and the next happens of the 21st of September (partial Solar Eclipse).

Eclipse seasons are times when the unconscious, the deep emotions and psychological factors that are more pertinent for us in the present moment, come to the surface, or come very close to it. As such, these can be intense times but also times of deep transformation.

Typical of eclipses, are individual and personal transformations that have an immediate effect or quickly happen in our 3D lives, compared to the same type of transformations that happen outside of the effect of these energies.

September Energies: From the Self to the Collective – Humanitarianism and Mental Energies in Action

This September bears the triple 9 numerological energy (month 9, year 9 = 18, reduction 9) which has a major impact in shaping the themes and energies of this month.

The number 9 is a Mind plane number whose core trinity is Ambition, Responsibility and Idealism, setting the foundation for its main resonance which is Humanitarianism.

Historically, the 20th century reflected this trinity: breakthroughs in Psychology (ex: Freud, Jung), Medicine (such as the discovery of penicillin), and Technology, all which created new knowledge that is for the Collective.

Yet, the Collective more often than not, leaned toward ego‑driven ambition and idealism, instead of driving these energies through the Heart-centre and using Responsibility to balance the scales.

📋 The three main ways that these energies will be playing out this month are:

Promote/favours focused, task‑oriented projects that require patience and research.
Deepen our knowledge and/or to teach/share our own.
The combination of the two themes above, also favours the initiation of projects (could be as a hobby too)
Drive to explore the lineage, ancestors, and hidden family stories that can bring both personal and collective ancestral healing.

📉 Due to the intensity of the energies, on the negative side, September can be filled with mental imbalance, exaggeration of issues, escalation of conflicts, and losing emotional regulation.

Making Decisions, Completions and Doing What Feels Right

On this episode, I share the completion of a cycle for me, in line with the energies of this month of August.

I wasn't going to talk about this here, but then I realised that it fitted with the current energies, so I decided to go with the flow and found out that it did made sense in more obvious matters too that I had not considered.

However, does this rambling help you with anything?

Well, perhaps it can help you to take a different perspective on something, or perhaps even nudge you to start that thing everyone says you can`t or that you tell yourself you shouldn`t.

And who knows, it can remind you that there will always be those who are not happy with your decisions, and that this form of resistance is a normal part of introducing changes in our world and society.

August Energies: Empowerment and Leadership, Closure and Enlightenment, Freedom and Fulfilment

August comes showering us with intense energies that act on the Spiritual plane and on the Physical plane.

Completions, endings, closures of material things or non-material things but that have a strong or immediate effect in our physical plane.

⛓️‍💥Completions, endings and closures of karmic cycles or anything that has been going on and can finally see a resolution. Hence, the energy of release, and feeling and achieving some level of freedom.

Good energies to achieve insights and higher understanding about personal things and life events

Energies favour investigation of things that require detail, facts and good/quality information to succeed.

Some energies around organisation and adjustment of the energies of the physical space, i.e. similar to the April energies on this topic.

😎 Assertiveness, confidence, even leadership-type of vibration in a very effortless and natural way. Take advantage and apply where these are particularly beneficial, and work on any form of issue or blockages you have around these energies.

🙂Easiness and flow energies will influence us in being more content, feeling more peace and even give us a sense of fulfilment.
