August Eclipses 2026: Healing the Shen through Personal Power

On this episode I explain the energetic themes for this eclipse season which starts on 12th August with a Solar eclipse, followed by a Lunar eclipse on the 28th of August.

This eclipse season continues to revolve around the health and well-being of our Shen, i.e. our Heart and Spirit. Particularly, it will bring to the surface issues of power, where we are lacking personal power or abusing power. It will especially zoom in on ourselves: "where/how are we (unknowingly) disempowering ourselves?".

August 2026: Adjustments, Endings and Opening Space for the New

This August is shaping up to be an energetically active month and it's asking for more action, less introspection. In this episode, I walk you through the four collective energetic themes that will be influencing us throughout the month, from balancing spiritual and material worlds to the energy of endings that could reshape your trajectory.

June Solstice 2026: Respite and Pause to Prepare for New Beginnings

In this episode I share the main energies for this Solstice season, after a brief overview of what the Solstices are about. The episode ends with a healing transmission with Ascended Master Lady Portia, where she removes blockages on the four bodies – mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.

One of the main energies for this Solstice is an "energy of preparation" that is inviting us to take a pause and respite, in order to prepare for upcoming changes and new beginnings. In this pause, the energies ask us to hold appreciation and empathy for ourselves. It is this type of vibration that will help us to see things clearly and make the right choices that honour our true needs.
