Balancing Yin and Yang: The Equinox Effect on our Body, Mind, and Energy

On this episode I share some advice specific for this Equinox season and I also give a brief explanation of the general characteristics of what Equinox energies are about. Mother Mary brings a special healing session where they attend to more specific needs for each of us, together with the Spirit Guides. The healing/clearing focuses on energies that are blocking the path, the way and flow of life, and they also bring energies that we are in need in order to be able to move forward in life.

The transmission begins at 09:11, and though it is appropriate for the type of energies that happen on the Equinoxes, you should repeat this whenever it feels right for you.

This Equinox happens on September 22nd, where the Sun is at the (solar) ecliptic longitude of 180°

🧘🏻‍♀️Nourish the body during this transition, take time to rest and self-care

⚖️Existing physical, emotional, or energetic imbalances tend to become amplified. Thus, it is necessary to pay attention and to do something to address and/or resolve them.

🌼Pay attention to the body`s physical needs, and the honest and genuine desires of the body, heart and Soul
