The December solstice marks the peak of Yin (Moon) energy in the Northern Hemisphere and the start of its decline, while Yang (Sun) energy begins to rise. By honouring the Yin–Yang duality, Mother/Father, Masculine/Feminine, we can ground ourselves, recognize completed cycles, and set the stage for future growth.
